CHODOS CHODOV s.r.o. is a long-standing manufacturer of blow molding machines. In 2017, the company produced the VA 521, the first model in a new series of blow molders.
These blow molding machines feature a heavy-duty, rigid all-welded frame. This design ensures high precision when inserting the blow pin into the mold and enables accurate setting of the mold's parting line, thanks to the dual synchronization of the mold closing system.
The blow molding unit is designed to allow for the offsetting or tilting of the container neck. The mold assembly is engineered to maintain parting line stability as clamping force increases. This is achieved through a symmetrical arrangement relative to the parting line, ensuring that the guide elements are subjected only to pure tension.

Blow molding machines are designed for the production of hollow bodies of various nominal volumes. These machines can process thermoplastics such as LDPE, HDPE, PVC-U, PP, and in some cases, PET-G.
For the production of bottles and semi-finished products, we source high-quality granulate intended for further industrial processing. It is most commonly used in the automotive industry, construction, footwear, electrical engineering, and for the production of cables, fences, etc. The granulate contains no heavy metals and can be supplied in DOP-free or phthalate-free versions.
The granulate is available in a wide range of colors according to individual needs.
