The pelletizing machine is driven by a motor with a gearbox and a frequency converter. The frame consists of a welded structure with bolted legs equipped with silent blocks. The interior of the main frame is designed to house the drive unit on a separate frame, allowing for V-belt tensioning. An auxiliary frame for the rotor and the suction system is bolted to the upper part of the main frame. The granule cutting knife is height-adjustable.
To allow for multiple uses, the knife can be rotated depending on its wear.
The knife mounting design enables the adjustment of the clearance between the cutter and the knife. The amount of pressure is set by the position of the weight on the pressure roller frame arm.
The pellet discharge (outlet) is equipped with an opening for easy cleaning. The cutter drive shaft (rotor) can be pulled out together with the cutter from one side after removing selected parts. Guards ensure safety during the operation of the pelletizing machine.
The pelletizing machine is designed for use in a production line. It must not be operated as a standalone unit.
