Production possibilities

We offer the manufacturing of individual components, engineering assemblies, and complete machinery, including final assembly and testing. Our facility provides a comprehensive range of production capabilities supported by a continuously monitored and modernized machine park.

 

Additionally, we provide expert assembly of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

 

Material Cutting / Forming


Our production facilities ensure productive material cutting and forming according to specific machine parameters. We offer heavy plate burning using proven technologies: MGM Tábor machines combining oxy-fuel (oxygen/acetylene) and plasma for plates up to 30mm.

CNC Laser Cutting – Fiber technology with an exchangeable table using oxygen/nitrogen mediums. Compatibility with the TruBend press brake ensures high-precision cutting and forming of sheet metal.

NC/CNC Machining


Productive and precise machining of rotary parts, housings, and weldments. NC programs are created either remotely by our Engineering Department or directly by operators at the machine. We provide technical support and collaborate with external suppliers for tooling and machining applications.

Machining / Boring


Our TBT deep-hole drilling machine enables specialized drilling and boring of rotary components (cylinders).
Standard workpiece material: Steels with a maximum tensile strength of 1100 N/mm². Other parameters are reviewed based on specific workpiece requirements.

 

Heat and Thermo-Chemical Treatment


Standard heat treatment processes include gas nitriding, hardening, quenching and tempering, annealing, and carburizing. All heat treatment is conducted via a controlled process including regulation and detailed processing records. We also offer alkaline blackening (black oxidizing) of part surfaces.

Mechanical Surface Finishing


Our technology includes mechanical treatment of materials, weldments, and castings using manual grit blasting (sandblasting). Surface quality is achieved through precise equipment settings and the appropriate choice of abrasive media. Surfaces must be dry and grease-free prior to blasting.


The process allows for pressure regulation and adjustment of other parameters to meet specific output requirements.

Other Machining Operations

Degreasing and Painting Technology


Degreasing – high-pressure washing of materials and components. We use water-based cleaning agents that comply with relevant environmental standards for eco-friendly degreasing.

 

Degreasing is a standard surface preparation step before painting. It can also be performed as a standalone service based on customer requirements.

Welding Processes


Welding – manual MIG/MAG and TIG welding of both unalloyed and stainless steels.

 

For each type and scope of welding process, as well as specific weldments, we prepare the required technological documentation, including WPQR, WPS, and manufacturing procedures.

 

Welding personnel and supervision meet the qualifications and requirements of current EN standards.

 

The welding process is certified according to ČSN EN ISO 3834-2. Base materials and welding consumables (wires, electrodes) also meet quality parameters, verified by relevant EN 10204 certificates.

Manual / Craft Occupations


Standard assembly and locksmithing work are carried out in dedicated facilities equipped with the necessary tools for these professions (hand tools, specialized equipment, assembly jigs, and pressure testing capabilities for piping and closed circuits).

Electromechanical assembly is performed in a separate workshop staffed by specialists and equipped with dedicated technology for these activities.
