Blow molding machines are designed for the production of hollow bodies of various nominal volumes. These machines can process thermoplastics such as LDPE, HDPE, PVC-U, PP, and in some cases, PET-G.
For the production of bottles and semi-finished products, we source high-quality granulate intended for further industrial processing and the manufacture of blow-molded components.
CHODOS CHODOV s.r.o. is a long-standing manufacturer of blow molding machines. In 2017, the company produced the VA 521, the first model in a new series of blow molding machines.
The blow molding machines feature a heavy-duty, rigid all-welded frame, which ensures high precision when inserting the mandrel into the mold and accurate alignment of the mold parting line, thanks to dual synchronization of the mold closing system.
The blowing unit is designed to allow for the offsetting or tilting of the neck of the blown object. The mold assembly is engineered to maintain the stability of the mold parting line as the clamping force increases, utilizing a symmetrical arrangement relative to the parting line and ensuring that the guiding elements are subjected only to pure tension.

To manufacture bottles and semi-finished products, we source high-quality granulate intended for further industrial processing. It is most commonly used in the automotive industry, construction, footwear, electrical engineering, and for the production of cables, fences, etc. The granulate contains no heavy metals and can be supplied in DOP-free or phthalate-free versions.
The granulate is available in a wide range of color options according to individual needs.
