Production and design of blow molded semi-finished products
We always start with a paper and pencil. Based on the client's input, we launch the design process for a new bottle, strictly adhering to technical specifications and focusing on functional details.
We take into account ergonomics, stackability, and user comfort, while incorporating the aesthetic qualities of the client’s brand into the design. Throughout the development, the design is regularly consulted and evaluated with the engineering department to meet manufacturing requirements. The result is a custom design for a blow-molded preform, including a license for repeated production.

PHOTOREALISTIC VISUALISATION
To present our CAD designs, we use 3D visualizations, including previews of alternative color schemes and custom labeling options tailored to individual client needs. Augmented reality (AR) is also available.
Branding and visual identity can be implemented in cooperation with our long-term partner graphic design studio or according to the client's specific requirements.

3D MODELS AND PROTOTYPING
For the presentation of selected 3D bottle designs in the pre-final stage of development, we use 3D printing to avoid the need for expensive tooling.
The models are printed with a precision of 0.5 mm using a professional FDM printer and PLA (polylactic acid). This biodegradable plastic, made from organic and renewable sources, is the ideal material for fast and reliable prototyping, delivering excellent surface quality.
