Our system consists of four basic module types used to assemble parking blocks or structures. These are designed not only to accommodate all types of vehicles but also to achieve the highest possible space efficiency.
To reach this goal, our modules vary in load capacity, height, and number of parking spaces, as detailed in the variant table on the following page.
To maximize vertical space utilization, we offer both even and odd numbers of parking spots.
Our modules are modular, expandable, and easily relocatable. This allows you to effortlessly increase parking capacity in the future or move the entire parking facility to a different location.

Due to the modular variability and the diverse environments where parking modules can be installed, we prepare proposals only for specific planned construction projects where the location, approximate number of parking spaces, construction footprint, and utility status are already known. We do not provide rough estimates or ballpark quotes, as the price per specific parking space can vary by hundreds of thousands depending on actual requirements and chosen accessories.
CONTINUOUS 24/7 SERVICE AND EMERGENCY SUPPORT ARE A MATTER OF COURSE, AS WELL AS NON-STOP MONITORING OF THE CAR PARK. THE GUARANTEED MINIMUM LIFESPAN OF THE CAR PARK IS 30 YEARS, SUBJECT TO REGULAR MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTIONS.
THE LIFESPAN OF THE MAIN LOAD-BEARING STRUCTURE IS MUCH HIGHER , AND THE OVERALL SERVICE LIFE CAN BE FURTHER EXTENDED BY REFURBISHING THE EQUIPMENT AND REPLACING WORN, PRIMARILY MOVING PARTS.
