Use of the machine

Blow-moulding automatic machines are designed to produce hollow bodies with different nominal volumes.It is possible to process thermoplastic materials of following groups on the blow-moulding automatic machines: PE-LD, PE-HD, PVC-U, PP and, in some cases PET-G as well.

Description of the machine

The blow-moulding automatic machine consists of following parts: all-welded frame, extruder, blow-moulding unit, hydraulic and pneumatic system and control unit. The machine has a continuous regulation of screw revolutions and uses different kinds of screws. This enables a high plastification output as to different kinds of thermoplastics.

Blow-moulding unit

The blow-moulding unit is designed in such a way that it enables the throwing out of the parallel, respectively the misalignment of the neck of the blown-off body.

Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system serves for drive of mould mechanism and (as to some types) for the overflow separation.

Pneumatic system

The pneumatic system serves for blowing off of hollow bodies, additional cooling of products, parison separation and for the drive of the separation system.

Control system

The steering part is controlled in mediation of a programmable control system with a standard software. The motions of all mechanismes are monitored during the whole production cycle. On the machines, there are used following control elements: REXROTH, FESTO, BACH, ALLEN BRADLEY, PHILIPS, SIEMENS.
